Grass fed beef!

Much Better Beef is grass-raised and finished beef.  NO hot mixes that create upset stomaches in cattle or any steroids.  Our cattle are rotated through several different paddocks of forage (alfalfa, orchard grass, turnips, Canamaize grazing corn and Sorghum-Sudan grass) and gain weight the old-fashioned way.  The beef has such a great taste and it's more healthful.

We are now taking orders for Summer, 2009 for whole, halves and quarters of beef.  This will be great beef.

This beef is quality Scottish Highland beef which is lower in cholesterol than even bison but tastes very good.  Highland beef is naturally low in fat and you will find it much better than the burger you buy at the grocery store.
